Local Data

Our Local Data section offers a comprehensive look at homelessness in our community. Explore our interactive dashboards to see current data on homelessness, learn how our Flexible Housing Fund has assisted community members, and view results from the Athens-Clarke Point-in-Time count. This section is designed to give service providers, policymakers, and the public a transparent view of the challenges and progress in addressing homelessness locally.

Athens Coordinated Entry (ACE) Dashboard

Athens Coordinated Entry dashboard is real time data of everyone who has been assessed as experiencing homelessness in Athens-Clarke County.

ACE assessments can be done at one of our partner agencies that act as an access point. You can view our list of access points HERE.

Flexible Housing Fund Dashboard

The Flexible Housing Fund assists in bridging gaps of financial barriers and expedites solutions to prevent and end homelessness.

Point-in-Time (PIT) Count

The Point-in-Time count provides a one-day snapshot of homelessness in Athens-Clarke County each January. This data is used by HUD to determine how to best allocate resources for housing services.

Athens-Clarke County Continuum of Care and ACC Gov Housing and Community Development Department work together to collect the data and create the annual report. This report also includes a Housing Inventory County which is an inventory of beds and units dedicated to serving people experiencing homelessness in Athens.
