Athens Coordinated Entry (ACE) Access Points

ACE Access Points are designated locations where individuals and families experiencing homelessness can begin the ACE process by completing an assessment that identifies their housing needs and eligibility for services.

Our Access Point partners are vital in ensuring there are as many pathways as possible to enter the ACE system. Because of ACE Access Points, our system is accessible, equitable, and efficient, providing safe options for everyone and increasing the chances of reaching all individuals who need support.

If your agency or organization is interested in becoming an Access Point for ACE, please email datacoordinator@athenshc.org.
